Hello,
I cannot  see the (Micro Debug) property.
In which dialog can I find it?
I'm using Atmel Studio 5.1 from April.
Regards,
Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

EDIT:

You need to install the atmel patch from the Atmel Studio page otherwise you will not be able to see the properties

Thanks

Sorry, but I still not yet can see the (Micro Debug) property.
I installed the Atmel patch from May 8th.
Selecting Project-properties from the pull-down menu I get only the standard project tabs from Visual Studio.
Should I open another properties dialog?
Regards,
Wolfgang

I hope you don;t mind, I have moved the question to a new thread because it was different to the debugger license key question.

Okay, the problem is that there are too many different property windows in visual studio and atmel studio, the one you are looking for is a tool window.

Click the project name in the solution explorer then..

press ALT+ENTER
or
use menu item "View>Properties Window"

Hope this works  Smiley

Thanks Tim,
that was the right properties window.
Limited debugging is now possible, without step into & over.
But it's ok so far.

Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

When you are ready to break/pause then set "Enable Break/Pause=True" otherwise everything is in Trace mode

See the wiki for more info
