Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

I'm Getting Error (403) when trying to enable the 30 day trial

When I try to enter a 30 day trial, I see this message: "Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. Hardware has been activated too many times for this key." I believe I set (Enable Debugging) to 'Full' about a month ago. But when I set it back then, it didn't trigger the 'enter license key' dialog box, and it appears that debugging wasn't enabled. In an effort to try to enable debugging, I set it to 'None', and then to 'Full'. It triggered the license key dialog, but it won't let me select a 30 day trial.
