Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Register seccond machine! HOW?

Hi All

My name is Daniel and I work since 1 week with visual Micro. This "PlugIn" is very great and I�m happy to use it.

Now I would like to register my other machine, I have bought the license and there are written that I can use the KEY for 3 machines but I don�t no my key and can�t see the license in the options.
Could anybody help me?

Hello Daniel,

Thank for for your message and welcome.

When you purchased the 3 machine key you will have been sent an email containing the key. The email might have gone into your junk mail.

If you can not find the email, then please send an email to info[at]visualmicro.com asking for a copy of your key. 

In your email requesting the copy please include the email address that your paypal account uses so that we can track your order.

The automated email that provides your key also explains how to use the key.
