Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Atmel Studio 6.1 set full screen then set back to normal view debugger don't works

Have tried debugger from visual micro. It works great!

but since I programmed the code in full screen mode in atmel studio and back to normal view the debugger after I upload the code, it won't work anymore. Each time I've to restart the Atmel Studio and it works as normal. Sad

Hi, 

That's strange, I will try this. When it stops working can you try to untick and tick again the connect button on the serial monitor? Does this re-start debug ok?

Thanks, I've tried to restart the Serial Monitor. It works. Each time I enter full screen mode, Serial monitor will be automatically disconnect. wierd!

Yes maybe check for windows, VS and office updates. 

The tool window system in Visual Studio uses normal windows activex/ole controls and the debugger does auto disconnect if Atmel/Visual Studio tells it the window is hidden. 

Sorry I can be more specific, we will look into it anyway to see if there is something to change
