Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

did not obtain licence key

Hi all,

Saturday  I purchased a licence key via Paypal but until now I did not receive the key. (nothing in my junk mail folder either)

I did email info@ .... with proof of my purchase twice but did not receive any answer either.

What can I do to resolve the problem?

Hi Ronald,

Sorry you have had this problem. Please look in your junk mail folder for an email from customerservice [at] visualmicro.com

The email contains your key and some instructions. We have not had a bounce back report so you should be able to find the email sent Sat, 14 Dec 2013 13:37:32 GMT.

If you can't find it then add another post here and we will email you a copy.
