Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Forgive my persistence, but I sure would like to solve this VisualAssist issue. 

The latest - I downloaded *.cpp file and had no problem with VA. Editor worked so did everything else. 

I am not interested where the problem is - Studio, VA or VisualMicro or Arduino IDE.  It sure points to Arduino IDE. 

I hope it can get resolved soon.

Hi,

I do not understand what a VisualAssist issue is? Please be more specific and less technical.

Are you reporting that intellisense is not working when you type Arduino code in an .ino source file?

Your other report mentions that you have a Visual Micro applications list that contains "Visual Micro ?". You will not see any intellisense with this problem and will not see any intellisense if you have not been able to configure the location of the Arduino Ide.

I suggest we fix this problem in your other thread because we can not progress with this report until that is done. Finally I would expect this report to be automatically fixed when we sort out your Visual Micro versions problem as described in your other thread

UPDATE: User reported this was caused by having two versions of Visual Micro installed in two different locations http://www.visualmicro.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1389626290/3#3
