Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Debugger Cost for US Users

I don't see a multi machine option for US users. I have a desktop and two laptops, but $29 per machine is a little steep.

Is there a 3 machine price for US users?

Hi,

Thanks for asking. Maybe we need to change the text adjacent to each option.

All of the options apply to US, the first option, one machine, we tried to show the US value so that people can work out how many British pounds to the Dollar.

The 3 machine license is £29 which is currently approx $48

Paypal will automatically make the conversion when you click the buy button.

Does this answer the question or have I missed the point?

You were right on target.

Can I move the license from one computer to another? For instance, if I install it on my work laptop, what do I have to do if/when it get's replaced?

Hi Gary,

Yes you can email for a reset if your machine(s) are replaced. There will be a future limit to how many times this can be done, maybe 5 or something like that. However at the moment there isn't a tracking system for resets so just send an email Smiley
