Hi,

I have installed the Arduino IDE Version 1.0.5 from the Arduino web site I can not find any previous installers.

I have Installed Visual Micro and am Using Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate.

When I create a new sketch or open an existing sketch I do not get any board options in the dropdown:

http://1drv.ms/1f8Dfy1

The output window also repots the following error:

http://1drv.ms/1f8Dr02

Here is where the 1.0.5 IDE is installed:

http://1drv.ms/1f8DJEc

And here is the settings that I have put into VM:

http://1drv.ms/1icPdhZ

Any pointers as to what I have got wrong?

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Mike,

your first screen shot shows Arduino 1.5.x, but you installed 1.0.5.

VisualMicro can work with either 1.0.5 or 1.5.x. I presume 1.5.x is not installed. That would explain issues. Go to Toosl > Options > Visual Micro, scroll to Application & Locations and tell VisualMicro where the 1.0.5 IDE is installed. Then from the pulldown, pick 1.0.5.
