Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Install for VS2010 no project option

Hi,

I downloaded and installed Visual Micro. I can see it in the Tools>OPtions of VS2010. But on File>Open or File>New there are no Arduino or Visual Micro options.

I also have VS2013 Shell (Integrated) installed on my PC, if that matters.

Hi Dan,

Do you have a "Tools>Visual Micro>Reset Uer Interface" menu? If so please click it and let the ide re-start.

If that does not fix the problem then please switch on tools>options>visual micro>user interface>trace. Then re-start and post what appears in the output window

Sorry to not reply sooner---seems site access was down. 

But i did read it right away, so much appreciated, and your first suggestion worked, i.e.,
"Tools>Visual Micro>Reset User Interface"
