Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

How to check license activation

Hi, 

i had install your software, and buy the license, but debug still not working. I had follow your guide and documents, how is possible to check if i had install it correctly?

Hi 

Thanks for joining the forum.

The first thing to check is if the debugger is activated by looking at "tools>options>visual micro>application features>debugger license status". 

If it says REGISTERED then your key has been applied. What does this field say? 

If empty then click in the license key property (above the status) and click the button that appears and enter your key.

Alternatively if the debugger is not active a menu item called "tools>visual micro>try, buy or activate the full version" which opens the same window that allows you to enter your key. If the menu item is not there the debugger is activated. Pressing F5 will show a debug build?

Are you building sketches okay? 
Is the debugger working?
