Cannot create project

Hi there,

I have VS2010, Atmel Studio 6.2 and downloaded and installed the VM version September 14 2014.

When I try to create a new project, there is window that says no, impossible.  Checking, I discovered a message sayin the license expired...but it is suppose was free from Atmel...ok, I will pay...but it is not true it was free?

I already followed the tutorial step by step.  But, same bad results.

Thanks,

Hi,

Yes the main plugin is free. The "license expired" message is not related to this issue.

Please give more information. Do you have the same problem in both Visual Studio and Atmel?

Which version of the arduino ide have you configured?

Can you see a list of boards (Uno etc.) on the tool bar?

What are you clicking to create a new project?

Anything else that seems important?

Thanks
