Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Visual Micro do not recognize AVRMKII programmer

Hello
as said in subject, Visual Micro do not recognize AVRMKII programmer.
When I try to upload it return this message:


Uploading to I/O board using 'AVRISP mkII'
Uploader started for board Arduino Uno
Uploader sometimes uses programmer name: avrispmkii
Uploader will attempt to use programmer name: avrispmkii

of course...

I had selected 
TOOLS-->Visual Micro-->Programmers-->AVRISP mkII
TOOLS-->Visual Micro-->Upload using Programmer

instead it see STK500

Are you using arduino 1.0 or 1.5

no, also arduino have problem. 
I use for upload Atmel Studio but I would avoid to open huge program only for upload

Hi,

The Arduino forum is the best place to find answers. This forum is for Visual Micro plugin problems and questions but I do not have the resource to help with standard Arduino problems.
