Controlling baud rate for AVRdude lauched from VS/VM

When I click to send a .hex to the bootloader on the AVR board, I assume that Visual Micro or Visual Studio invokes AVRdude.
Is there a way to control what baud rate is given to AVRdude in this process? There are AVRdude config files in many places on this computer - but perhaps the baud rate comes from a property of the current solution/project? I've not found that.

Hi, the rate is specified in the boards.txt below the Arduino/hardware folder
