Visual Studio problem

Hi,

After having used Atmel Studio I've now installed Visual Studio 2013 in order to use Chipkit.

Installation was good & I could select mpide & max32.

Now even after re-installing visual micro (1.1407.10) there is no selection available for the board,
and the "File > Open" and "File > New" do not have options for Sketches.

2nd question: Are there anymore help/docs explaining pic32 using visual micro?

Best regards
Don

Hi,

1)
If you click "tools>visual micro>reset user interface" the Ide should restart and the UI should be repaired. This can happen sometimes if the Ide failed to fully close prior to upgrade (sometimes the process remains but the ide appears to be closed).

2)
What sort of things do you need to know about pic32?

Thanks
