stuck while uploading

Hello friends Wink

sorry for my english, I will do my best.
I have a Problem with a sainsmart mega 2560 board. When I upload my program, the rx tx leds get off, after a few seconds (0,5 - 1,5sec)  and the upload process seems to be stopped. When I use the Arduino IDE, copy the paste the code and upload it, it works fine. When I use a orginial Arduino mega 2560 board it works with visual Studio 2013 + Visual Micro as well...
I have turned the verbose mode on, to figure out what the Problem is. I can upload a Report later, but in that Report are some Information like "Bootloader huh?"

I have found that a possible solution is, to brand a new bootloader to my board.

Is that correct? Or do you have any other ideas for my problem?

Specs:
Windows 7
Visual Studio 2013

Thanks for help
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

What happens if you allocate the board to a different serial port number using device manager?

Great thanks for the update. Sounds like a windows usb problem but we don't see them very often so I hope all is okay from now on
