Jul 25th, 2015 at 1:55am
Print Post
  • Fully implemented upload and/or debug for Arduino Zero NativeUSB or Programming Port. Supports debugging over usb, bluetooth, radio
  • Tutorial mode messages are more informative and appear less often. (tip: switch off tutorial mode using the "tools>visual micro" menu
  • The "Burn boot loader" is now also available in the free version.
  • Improved integration with Atmel Studio

Known bug

Arduino version 1.6.0 or 1.6.1 should be used with the Visual Micro "Arduino 1.5" application options. This is because 1.6.0/1.6.1  behave like an Arduino 1.5 application.

There was a huge moved by Arduino in March 2015 with Arduino 1.6.2. The "Arduino 1.6" application option in Visual Micro  is designed for Arduino versions 1.6.2+
