Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Hallo,

in this path I have no entry.

I has Arduino IDE 1.0.6 + Atmel Studio 6.2 + Visual Micro Plugin. All perfect.

Today Change to Arduino IDE 1.6.5r2. Nothing done function.

I have all uninstall und then install IDE 1.6.5r2, then Atmel Studio, then the Plugin. I can start Atmel Studio but have no plugin. Also I have no plugin Config Manager. nothing. ???

plugin buggy or not up to date or ... ???

OS ist Win 7 64 Bit

Hallo,

I have read this in the FAQ, without effect.
The path is correct in 
Tools > Options > Environment > Add-In Security
and checked is also.

???

My Download of Plugin is from your Site here.
arduinoforvisualstudio2.msi

what I see is, thats the path in last position is empty.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Micro\Visual Micro for Arduino\Addins\AS70
it is no file here ?
and the name AS70 ?  Is mean Atmel Studio 7.0 ?  crazy  Wink
I have Atmel Studio 6.2 actual version.

Oh that's great info thanks. We are working on the atmel 7 beta and it sounds like paths are confused. Unfortunately atmel 7 has the same internal version number of as6 so we had to create a special folder for the as7 addin

You do not need the as7 path and as you correctly say the addin has not been included with the installer

The path in the tools>options must be "c:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Micro\Visual Micro for Arduino"

In the path you will see the as6.addin, this is what the path must allow us to discover
