Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post

Analog, Digital and Performance Reporting

Recently I have been struggling to get the Analog, Digital and Performance Reporting to work. I am using visual studio 2015 with the latest visualmicro extension and I have the pro licence . I am new to visual studio so i don't entirely know what I am doing but I tried adding in the {@ReportAnalog} to the "when hit" break-point and all I get is this error:
12:27:56.774 Transducer_Checker.ino, line 34      loop()
Trace Error: Unable to update debugger variables 1
Method not found: 'Void stem.String)'.

Is there something I have to do to properly configure this before I can use it? I looked into the How to configure arduino debugger visualizations from the press release from 3 years ago but was very lost on what I needed to do. And searching through the forum hasn't really turned up anything helpful. Can someone provide me with step by step instructions on how to set this up so I can use this tool? I am very excited to start using the visualizations tools but disappointed that they didn't work right out of the box.

Yes, earlier today, we found there is a problem with the visualizations in the last release

There will be an update later today or tomorrow.
