Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Project will not compile with "Show Arduino Core and Library Sources" enabled

As the topic says.  It won't compile and I get messages telling me files were modified when I start the build.

Here are some of the error messages but I get them for every method in every included library

SimpleTimer.cpp:SimpleTimer()'
SimpleTimer.cpp.o:In function `SimpleTimer::SimpleTimer()'
SimpleTimer.cpp:SimpleTimer()'
SimpleTimer.cpp.o:In function `SimpleTimer::SimpleTimer()'
SimpleTimer.cpp:findFirstFreeSlot()'


If I turn off "Show Arduino Core and Library Sources" then the build works fine.

Using Arduino 1.6.5.r2 and VS 2013 ultimate

Hi

This was a bug in the 9th sept release but was fixed on the 11th sept (Friday)

Hopefully you just need to upgrade via "Tools>Extensions and Updates"?

I checked before I posted and there are no updates available for visual micro there.  I show version 1509.8.2

Nevermind, duh moment.  It was under gallery not product updates.

Installing the update now.
