Switching To No Programmer Mode
Sep 27th, 2015 at 3:43pm

Hi,

I am a complete newbie to Arduino platform and have just started using Visual Micro.
By mistake, I chose programmer as "Arduino as ISP" and am unable to go back to "No Programmer" mode.

Any suggestions on how to do this would be of immense help.

thanks in advance,
Sagar

Hi,

No problem. You can select the same programmer to toggle to none but it doesn't matter what the programmer list is set to. The important thing is to switch off "Visual Micro>Always upload using programmer" which is also, optionally, the button to the right of the programmers list on the toolbar.

Hope this makes sense.

Dear Tim,

Thanks a lot for the response.

Even though I could not find "NONE" option in the programmer list, switching off "Always Use Programmer for Upload" worked.

regards,
Sagar
