Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Visual Micro for Atmel Studio 6.2

Hi,

I have installed and used VM for Atmel Studio 6.1, now I am using Atmel Studio 6.2. Launching Atmel Studio 6.1 allows me to verify the installation of Visual Micro under the Pull Down menu' "Tools"

I am able to see the Arduino IDE I am using (version 1.5.5). 

Unfortunately I am not able to install VM with Atmel Studio 6.2 from the "extension Manager" under the "Tools"menu' of Atmel Studio 6.2; really what happens is that the installation program asks to me to "uninstall" or "repair" VM, I have selected repair but I think that some error has occurred.

What could I try to overcome this problem? Also I could not find VM for Atmel Studio 6.2 in Your Web Site, it seems that the only available version for download is for Visual Studio 7.0 that at the moment I cannot download.

Hi,

Please run the install from extension manager and click uninstall. Then run again and click install.

Then follow the first point in the FAQ section for Visual Studio 2010 and As6.2
