Adding examples to Micro Visual Exploorer

I am using a RFduino board.  It is not one of the boards found in Micro Visual Explorer.

I have been able to run a few generic Arduino Examples and have found them educational.

I have a large family of RFduino examples.  They can be found in the Arduino IDE.

How can I add them to the Visual Micro IDE?

It's possible if hardware is missing the associated examples will also be missing

I am assuming that you are actually reporting some hardware missing from the explorer?

Which version of arduino ide have you installed? Is it a nightly build?

Thanks

I downloaded Arduino not from a nightly build about two weeks ago.  The Arduino version I have (1.6.7) finds the hardware and examples.

In Arduino, under File->Examples->Examples From Custom Libraries, there are three tree nodes for RFduino, which map to example directories found in the RFduino directory, which is not in the Arduino directory.

VisualMicro->VisualMicro Explorer->Installed did not at first list the RFduino board I am using.  I left the tab and returned minutes later and the RFduino is now listed.

Clicking on one branch in the tree structure does switch the project target to RFduino.

Under the Examples tab there is no mention of RFduino.  Here is where I would like the additional examples to show up.

Under Manage boards, there is a tree node with
RFduino Boards -> Version 2.3.2 -> RFduino
Where I hope the two first nodes show up as light gray and the last node as black italic.

I hope this helps identify what I am looking for.

Thanks for the info. I will look at why some examples are missing.

You can find all the examples in windows explorer. The Micro explorer gives links to hardware and library folders. You can open any example manually via windows explorer and File>Open

Thanks
