Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Can't see VM after install into Atmel 6.2

Dear Visual Micro,

I tried to install Visual Micro in 3 machines, In 1 of them I can programme Arduino Due an Uno, without any problems,  but in other 2 machines I could not arrive a good solution.


My Arduino IDE is 1.6.1 version, and Atmel Studio is 6.2. (in 3 machines)


In the machines with problems:


After installed Atmel Studio, closed the program and then installed VM, but i could not see VM.


I thought  that it is possible because with the same Atmel account i tried to install the VM, then I purchase VM pluging.
But at moment I can not see the VM.


Do you can help me, please?

One nice feature of the new visual studio plugin system for VS2015 and AS7 is that it doesn't suffer from installer issues  Smiley
