Changing font colors in VS setup - how to indentify property' name?

I am using "light theme" in VS and I like it so much that did not try to change it. But I can't see highlighted tag during the "search" (Ctrl-F) as the highlighted font color blends with background yet whatever I change in the VS "font color" setup is not THAT...
I work only in C/C++ / Arduino ... problem is for ex. highlighted "#ifdef BLABLABLA" barely readable and if the same tag "BLABLABLA" is commented out - then is not readable at all during the highlighted search.

May be there is way to find the "name" of the highlighted item as it is called in VS setup ? Can't even guess what category it is - "C++" ? Just "text"?  Sad........
