Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Why nobody replies to email ?

I used contact us and nobody replies to it. I want to purchase VisualMicro. Can somebody tell the sales department to email me ? They can email to the email ID I have used for this forum account.

Hi,

Please take into account we are all on different time zones.

Your first email arrived between 5am and 6am. 

Emails are generally processed in the order they arrive and can take up to 24 hours but usually much quicker.

You email has now been responded to.

The commercial license is for people who make profit from using the tool and the price of all licences is already heavily discounted.

Your two emails and one forum post have been responded to within 4 working hours.
