Adding .ino to Visual Studio Arduino Project

This should be an easy one - I always seem to stumble around when I want to add a new file to an Arduino project I started in VS/VM.  I can do 'work arounds' to get a new file into the project - but the must be a more 'official' and simple way to just add another .ino file.... Shocked

Ideas?

There are various ways but everything is on the vMicro menu

vMicro>Add Code

Or right click an empty tool bar area and switch on the "Micro Project" toolbar which also has the "Add Code" option
