Disabled debugging

Hi, I'm new to Visual Studio. I'm attempting to use breakpoints to debug code to be run on a Teensy LC, however, all of the debug options seem to be disabled and I'm not sure what could be causing this?  I believe I'm on the one month free trial. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Charles

The trial is 7 days but you can start quite a few. You will know if you are on a trial because you are prompted to buy the first time you build in a session and there is a menu item called "vMicro>Try, buy activate"

Also make sure you have not "paused pro features" in tools>options>visual micro
