Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

VISUAL Studio 2019 rc

Today i downloaded the release candidate of VS 2019.
Visual micro appears as an old extension in the "Performance Manager dialog".
Now the question is if and when will visualmicro be supported under  VS2019 ?

Hi,

The new requirements for VS2019 prevent the same code base from supporting VS2012 and 2013.

The changes that are required are not complex but they cause us to either discontinue support for 2012 and 2013 or split the installer into two different downloads depending on IDE.

So we are holding back the new changes while we ponder the way forward but will certainly release when (or before) vs2019 is released.

If you follow the release notifications in this forum then pre-release might be made prior to gallery release.

The 2019 version was posted to the "extension releases" section of this forum on the 18th. Please install
