Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

FYI 1907.26.2 also would not install on VS2017 15.9.14

As title says: Just minor FYI that the 1907.26.2 installer would not install on VS2017 15.9.14 either. 

Just saw the new 26.9 installer, and seems to have gone fine, just thought I'd mention it.

Thanks, yes the releases in past 48 hours were trying to prevent install for users who had not updated 2017 for a long time. There is some mismatch with Micosofts 2017 "compatible" dlls for older releases. However it caused more problems that it cured so .9 switches to allow all versions.

Good to see you stay up to date with VS Smiley

Yeah - I thought it might be that but requested VS2017 updates and MS didn't have anything to offer me... They just told me I was at 15.9.14 and all was well.

It's people on versions below 15.8 that need to update.
