Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Uninstalling the licence

Hi ardu-mates,
I would like to know if there is any way to uninstall the VisualMicro licence. I bought the non-commercial licence, so I can install it on 3-computers. The problem is when I have to reinstall Windows in one of these computers. I think the licence couldn't be activated. Would this be right, please? How could I uninstall the licence, please?

I have not any licence problem now because it was installed only on one computer. I asked this question because I would just like to know if it possible or not, because I had licence issue with other companies about the Windows re-installation. Currently, I haven't the issue.

Okay thanks for buying. It can be an issue after major windows update/reinstall. We don't mind resetting the key as long as it is not being abused, which I can see it is not.

After 12 months from purchase we hope that people buy the annual support. This funds continued updates and also assisting people with support or activations. So far the annual support has not been enforced and updates/assitance has been given for free. However there is no promise about the future because this project is a lot of work and optional support is often ignored by users.

I hope this makes sense.

ok, perfect. Yes, I think annual support is basic to improve and develop new updates and functions. I bought VisualMicro licence yesterday but I have a very good impression of the tool so, at the moment, I think I'll buy the annual support in one year.
