Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

visual micro pro activation error

when i use my key to activate visual micro pro it says that the limit is exceed for this key with 403 error. but this is a 3 user key i purchased  even i it has been used only 2 computers. Actually its a single computer because 1 computer is my old laptop which does not use now. currently i want to use this key for my new laptop only. would you please help me on this matter?

Your email address is different to the one you used for purchase so I have no idea who you are. Please email your license key to visual micro and then we can help.

There is a click here in the yellow box above that opens email and shows email address. Can you see it?
