Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Error when compiling with Serial Debug On

Hello, 

I'm having some issues when compiling with the option Debug Serial. 

When i disable it, Build and Upload just fine, as you can see in this picture:

But, when i try to use it with Debug Serial, i get this error.

I have tried to Build and Upload in another project, with the Debug Serial activated and with apparently the same Project Properties. Worked just fine.

Please enable debug so that it fails. Then follow the guide in yellow at the top of this page. Enable both the requested settings then build and copy the output to .txt file.
