Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Download Visual Micro 20.05.18 for Visual Studio 2017/2019
  • Platform explorer improvements. There were many refresh issues since Microsoft introduced DpiAwareness into Visual Studio over the past 9 months.
  • Fix for the latest STM32. Results of build hooks improved discovery.
  • Fix const strings were not always ignored when stripping comments pre-gccE
  • .1 fixes an issue readong sketch book path from the arduino ide preferences when it does not use a \portable folder.

  • Fix: Micro Explorer Window turning blank when rescanning toolchains needing IDE restart (Out of Memory Error)
  • Fix: Micro Explorer Rescan button alignment with General Menu Option
