Visual Studio Linux vs Windows (Read 1084 times)

	Hello to everybody, I plan to switch to visualmicro mainly for debug purposes (i saw Andreas Spiess Youtube video) on arduino mega and esp32. Applications are multi serial com with PLCs, Arduino uno, and GSM modems. I develop either under linux or windows, linux being preferred for ease of test with other tools already developed. Question: AFAK vm works under vs 2022, but for linux I should use vs 2019. Is this correct ? Do you see any are there any drawbacks working under linux rather than under windows. Thanks in advance for your help and for the nice features I discovered in visual micro.

	Thanks for the feedback and detail. Visual Micro is only compatible with the full Visual Studio 2019/2022 editions published for Windows at present to our knowledge.

	Thank you for the (very) quick answer. I'll test vm under windows and see how to cope with my test programs under linux. I'll post if any interresting infos.
