Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

  • Update: Improve warning prompt when users attempt to enable share library projects or clones etc.
  • Update: Improve help links when users attempt to enable library clone and shared libraries. Show/Hide hidden files.
  • Update: Refresh library_index.json and package_index.json for new installs
  • Fix: Compiler: Shorten -I include paths only when they exceed the 32k limit (Disable with vm.settings.shorten-include-paths=false)
  • Fix: Compiler: ESP32: Remove Double Slashes in commands by default to keep paths as short as possible (Disable with vm.settings.use-single-backslashes=false)
