	24.0722.9 for VS 2022 24.0722.9 for VS 2017/2019 Fix: Consolidation of Debuggers and OpenOCD Version for all RP2040/2350 Boards (NOTE: Only PicoProbe/RpiDebugProbe work on 2350 currently) Fix issue determining the file name when downloading board index package urls. Local \ paths and / web paths are better supported. Didn't cause an issue but the code was confusing. This applies to downloading and storing the page_*index.json files for board manager. VmBuilder did not default to including shared projects VmBuilder standardise names for the "close" and "closeOnError" command line args. Both are supported to avoid breakage for existing users - builder.close and -builder-close are both supported. Previously only the dash version was supported. CLI doc page has been updated and the released VMBuilder.zip has been updated.
