Can radio buttons be consolidated in a Group Box?

Windows 11, Visual Studio 2022, C++, MFC
Create a simple project with one dialog.  Add a Combo Box.  Drop several Radio Buttons on to the Combo Box, such that, if the combo box is moved, all the radio buttons go with it.  The radio buttons will be a set such that only one can be selected.  Then be able to make a second grouping of another combo box and radio buttons.
Is there a way to do this?

This is outside of Visual Micro's functionality so is best asked on the Microsoft Forums.

It looks like you have already asked there:
