Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

  • Fix: Hardware Debug: Uno R4 Minima/Nano now supported via JLink and OpenOCD (Documentation) (Reported Here)
  • Fix ESP32FS: Detect v5+ of ESPTool to update Command Line Parameters as required (e.g. hard_reset becomes hard-reset) (Reported Here)
  • Fix: ESP32 Publish Server Data Files: Added Resiliency for Tab/Space chars within the partitions.csv (Reported Here)
  • Fix: Compile: Prototype Generation could fail for rawliteral() strings due to trailing ; being removed, causing CTags to glue two definitions together
  • Fix: Upload: Mbed_Portenta didn't always enter bootloader mode automatically due to missing vm.1200bps_touch.SetDTRFalse=true override (Reported Here)
