Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

  • Fix: Serial Monitor: Arduino Serial Monitor Integration has been disabled by default and added to Tools > Options > Visual Micro > Misc > Use Arduino Serial Monitor due to issues with missing lines especially on port open.

  • Fix: Compile: ESP32 v3.3.5 PostSaveHex Hooks need additional folder creation to prevent error (later ESP32 Cores provide the additional hook to create this) (Reported Here)


26.0708.02
  • Fix: Hardware Debugging: Arduinot MBED_Nano Boards with the JLink Debugger configuration corrected to use correct cfg name.
  • Fix: HWDebugging: JLink configuration added for Adafruit nRF52 Boards
