Install Errors: Not a valid installation package/Network resource unavailable

Win7 + VStudio 2013 Pro - trying to install Visual Micro for a week.

Uninstalled Visual Studio 5 times and reinstalled each time (took about 1 day each).  Tried Visual Studio Professional, Community, and Ultimate...

Moved the VisualMicro.msi to several folders with permissions
Changed permissions
uninstalled/resintalled arduino 1.5 and 1.6
MS Security Essentials is off
no running antivirus

In my fresh install of Visual Studio Pro, I see the choice to create an Arduino project from the file menu, but is Gery (not selectable).

Can anyone help me?  I am falling further and further behind schedule trying to get this to work together.

Two weeks ago I had VStudio 2013, Arduino, and VMicro all installed and arduino project choice was available in New Visual Studio projects choices.

I kept getting some stupid Visual Micro pop-up everytime I ran Visual Studio, telling me to purchase a license key.  I could not remove the pop-up, so i tried to uninstall Visual Micro due to the annoying plead for donations (which I have already done).

Now, I cannot install the Visual Micro package.

Also, there is no "Run As Administrator" option when I right-click the VisualMicro.msi.

Please help, and I would like to thank you for your time reading this and helping me.

Cheers!

I have tried moving the file to different folders and drives.
I have downloaded it several times and deleted the previous downloads.

Is Visual Micro MALWARE/SPYWARE?

I point this message box to a fresh download of the file.  The same file used to start the install, and I tried selecting other copies in other locations.

Why is there not a "Run As Administrator" option when I right-click of the install file, like most others?  Can I change the name to .exe?
