I cannot get intellisense to work

I'm seeing this in the status bar:
Visual Micro: *RefreshIntellisense - System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key) at Visual.Micro.Visual.Studio.Arduino.AddInApp.RefreshIntellisenseOfSketch(Project.
..

I've installed the latest RC of Visual Micro, installed update 5 for VS2013.
I've checked the extensions for .ino and is configured as recomended.
I'm using the 1.0.6 IDE.

One other thing that I hope is not causing this is that I installed VS2015. Intellisense was working in VS2013 but I don't know exactly when it stopped working so can't say if VS2015 installation is causing the problem.

Admin note: August 2015 Intellisense not working is fixed by switching to a different board and back again or If you are using the older Arduino 1.6.0 or 1.6.1 Ide's then configure the Arduino 1.5 option in Visual Micro
