	Is VS/vM busy on the internet all the time? I have reason to have two copies instantiated at the same time (master/slave) and one of them is eternally showing an 'Initializing' message on the bottom bar of the IDE. What is it doing?

	VM doesn't do anything with the internet during normal use. Visual Studio shows "Initializing" when it is loading/discovering intellisense. Normally you should see "Initializing" for a few seconds and then see it scanning the dependencies.
