Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Activating license on same computer after reinstall of windows

Hello,

I bought Visual Micro a while ago, and installed it on my computer, it worked fine.
Windows broke down, i reinstalled it and VS2017 with the newest VM, and now VM wont activate, stating the amount of activations have been exceeded...
Any one of you guys know how to fix it? Do i just write to VM and make them fix it?

Hi,

Normally just email your key to info[at]visualmicro.com and request update.

But I found your key from your forum email address and it's been updated.

So please try the activation again.
