Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Configure IDE window won't display correctly

I'm on a Dell laptop with a 15" 3140 x 2160 resolution display, and vMicro doesn't seem to be handling the high resolution so well.
I can't read the descriptions of any of the paths in the configure IDE window. Please see the attached screen capture. 
I've tried everything I can think of in windows 10 settings, turned down the zoom, changed screen resolution settings. 
Open to any suggestions. Thanks.

Hi,

There is an update for high res screens coming soon. However that screen doesn't need much.

Just make sure the path you can see to the arduino ide is correct and click OK.

I hope the update is soon.

What are the titles of the top drop down, and the three paths below? I have no idea what's what right now.

I'm traveling so I don't have access to another system or different monitor to check what's what.

This is SO MUCH nicer to use than the Arduino IDE  Grin
