May be I didn't get your question, but Visual Micro integrates into Visual Studio (Pro), which can be set to a dark theme. Everything in VM is dark on my VS setup. (Tools > Options > Environment > General > Color Theme)

	We forgot to update this thread but the release notes show that since this request we have implement dark theme for our tool windows, such as serial monitor.
