Help, please.
Re: VS 2019 16.5.3 + VM Arduino IDE 1.6/1.8.
Build of Arduino basic example sketch "Blink" succeeds for Uno, but generates linking error for Nano 33 IoT.  Output file attached. Same sketch builds and runs ok for both Uno and Nano 33 IoT when using Arduino IDE 1.8.12.
Thank you.

From the logs and testing you have the vMicro > Debugger > Compiler Optimization is set to "No Optimisation", if you set it back to "Default", it should build correctly.

Would it be possible to attach the ino file, as there are some other elements in the log which seemed out of place, just so we can investigate further.

Thank you for the quick response and the solution.  I confirm successful build and upload with Optimization set to "Default", "No Project", and "No Project + Libraries".  Build does fail for "No Optimization" setting.  Bink1 ino file text attached per your request.  Thanks again.

If anything seems "out of place" in the .ino file, it may be because I just copied and pasted the source code text from the Arduino IDE edit window into the VS edit window.  Thanks again. Very pleased with the VM quick response.

Thanks for the confirmation, and I have identified the difference I was seeing, and there are no further issues.
