IntelliSense: identifier "Serial" is undefined.

I'm experiencing numerous IntelliSense errors such as:

- identifier "Serial" is undefined
- cannot open source file "variant.h"
- expected a ';'

My set up:
Windows 10, Visual Studio Community 2019, Visual Micro 2021.106.1

Board: SparkFun RedBoard Artemis

The errors DO NOT occur when I change the board to: Arduino Uno

I have attached the compiler output to this post as "Output.txt".

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the report.

We will update when there is further resolution to these errors, and the specific Serial issue is not present on the v2.0.2 board package (with your current vMicro setup).

These can be filtered out from view using the dropdown in the Errors window and setting it to Build Only if needed.
