Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Hi I'm having trouble with intellisense "typeof is not defined"

Operating system: Windows 10.0.19042
IDE: Arduino 1.8.13
Core: Arduino ESP32 1.0.1
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.7.7
VisualStudio.16.Release / 16.7.7 + 30621.155
Visual C ++ 2019 00435-60000-00000-AA309
Arduino IDE for Visual Studio by Visual Micro 19.0

Thanks for the report.

We will look at improving the intellisense errors for this function, can you confirm this builds as expected?
