Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

File not found error when compiling

Hi,
I've upgraded to V2021.106.18 and I'm getting a file not found error when I try to compile an ESP8266 project.

The file that it fails on has a .hpp extension (if this makes a difference..)

I have attached the verbose output.

The project previously compiled without any errors (and I haven't made changes to it). 
The .hpp file exists in the project.

Any ideas?

Update.. if I manually copy the file to the folder where it should be then everything compiles ok so it looks like a file copy problem with .hpp files.

Have done, that seems to fix the bug - a clean and rebuild and no missing file.
