Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post

Environment variables are a windows feature. Close VS and use control panel. This link shows the window where you add them.

I installed vs2022 and the visual micro with workload linux. And now other projects has TRACEDESIGNTIME too (vs2019). I see the icon of the solution is changed with the mark 16.

So I tried again with system variable to true and now it's working. A log is created in to my temp folder. Oh yeah I almost forgot, I runned cleaner before to make some room for the installation, maybe that's related why it didn't work before, otherwize it has to be the installation of vs2022 that mad it work.

I got the msg 
Check *.designtime.log files in your %TEMP% directory.

I think I got a lead

Ah I see, the project file is searching for a 1.0.0.vcxitems, but it has is changed during a revision to 2.0.0.
